Positions Available
The Lead Installer position entails assisting fellow installers in troubleshooting, answering their interfacing questions, and helping them understand their tasks while working on their project. The Lead Installer will be the bridge between the Avionics Manager and in-experienced Installers and/or techs. This position is crucial to keep the floor productive and on schedule. On occasion, customer interface is required.
Avionics Installers are not responsible for panel mods, antenna installations and painting. These will be handled by the sheet metal shop.
Experience & Qualifications:
Knowledge, ability, and experience to install various avionics packages with little or no supervision. Some examples of installations would be:

The Floor Supervisor, along with the Lead Installer will be the bridge between the Avionics Manager and in-experienced Installers and/or techs. This position is crucial to keep the floor productive, on schedule, and well trained. On occasion, a customer interface is required.
